2.1 There are 2 options when connecting a campaign:

Apple ID Backers

Issue: backers, who have used their Apple ID to pledge the campaign without setting up their Apple Pay account (linking their email address to their Apple Wallet), will not be able to receive emails from PledgeBox directly.

Solution: There are two option for backers who can’t receive emails with their @privaterelay.appleid.com email addresses:

1. Register a PledgeBox Backer Account & Update a new Email Address

Please use your Kickstarter Account Email(Apple ID) to register a PledgeBox Account: https://survey.pledgebox.com/user/register

After you login, please go to the Profile Page and Verify a New Email Address. All the campaigns you have supported in Kickstarter via Apple ID will be replaced consistently.

Click the “View” button on the Campaign Pledged page and Update your survey information.

What is a PledgBox ID (PB ID) and how to download orders with PledgeBox ID ?

|| PB ID is the internal ID for each of your pledge/order. Like Kickstarter pledge sequence number, It is unique for each of the backers.

For a specific PB ID

    1. Click on **‘Kickstarter Imports' **/ **'Indiegogo Imports’ **> **‘Backer list - Orders’ **
    2. Click on the order you want to check and you will see the PB ID in the Order Info.

For a batch of PB ID

   1. Click on **‘Dashboard’ **> **‘Download Center’.**
   2. Download the order list and you will see the PB ID in the file.

How to lock/unlock orders?

|| Before you start the shipping, it is recommended to lock the order to prevent backers changing addresses after you send it out.

For single order

Go to **‘Kickstarter Imports' / 'Indiegogo Imports’ **> **‘Backer list - Orders’ **
Click on the order you want to lock/unlock
Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner) to select status.

For a batch of orders

Go to **‘Kickstarter Imports' / 'Indiegogo Imports’ ** > **‘Backer list - Orders’ **
Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner) to select status.
