Download digital products - Backers FAQ

For backers who completed the survey and have Digital Products, when you completed the survey, you will receive two emails.

1) Survey Confirmation:
2) Download the Digital Products:



Please enter the verification code and unlock the download page



Click the download button and get your digital product



What should I do if I didn't receive the email or the verification code has expired？

Please use your Kickstarter account email to register a PledgeBox account:
https://survey.pledgebox.com/user/register

After login, you will be able to check the order details and get the download link/verification code email.



Nothing happened after I downloaded my digital products?

It is very likely that the downloaded file is too large and takes a certain amount of time to download. We recommend using a computer device and Chrome.

Running out of download times?

Please contact creator to reset the download times of your digital products.
