For backers who have finished the survey and purchased Digital Products, you will receive two emails when you complete the survey.

- Download the Digital Products

- What should I do if I didn't receive the email or the verification code has expired？
Please use your Kickstarter account email to register a PledgeBox account
After login, you will be able to check the order details and get the download link/verification code email.
- Nothing happened after I downloaded my digital products?
It is very likely that the downloaded file is too large and takes a certain amount of time to download. We recommend using a computer device and Chrome. - Running out of download times?
Please contact creator to reset the download times of your digital products.
