How do I fill out my survey?

You would receive a survey email, then:

Confirm your reward. You can also upgrade your reward level and choose product variants in this step.
Choose add-on that you want to purchase. Skip it if you don’t want an add-on or there is no add-on.
Enter your address and shipping information.
Confirm your selection. Make sure all of the selections and information are correct, and then you can make the payment.
