How to offer coupon/credit for backers?
To provide coupons/credits for backers to pay for shipping fees/add-ons, please follow the instructions below.
For an individual backer
1）Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports’/ ‘Indiegogo Imports' > Click ‘Backer List - Orders’
2）Enter the order you want to make a coupon.
3）Scroll down to the segment ‘Transactions’.
4）Click ‘Add Credits’.
For a batch of backers
1）Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports’/ ‘Indiegogo Imports' > Click ‘Backer List - Orders’
2）Set all the filters.
3）Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner).
4）Choose ‘Add Credits’.
Note: If you cannot find the "Add Credit" button, you may have locked the order. Please unlock the order and check again.
