How to create coupon/credit for backers?

For an individual backer
Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports’/ ‘Indiegogo Imports' > Click ‘Backer List - Orders’
Enter the order you want to make a coupon.
Scroll down to the segment ‘Transactions’.
Click ‘Add Credits’.



For a batch of backers
Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports’/ ‘Indiegogo Imports' > Click ‘Backer List - Orders’
Set all the filters.
Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner).
Choose ‘Add Credits’.
