Reward Upgrades Setting

Reward Upgrades Setting



PledgeBox allows creators to customize the reward upgrades, giving backers the option to upgrade their rewards(to higher reward level).

1) Please go to Kickstarter/Indiegogo Import -> Reward Setting -> select the Reward.

Noted: The reward selected is the higher reward you allow backers to level up.


2) Open the checkbox Allow Upgrades to this Reward -> the Upgradeable Rewards tab will be shown.

Noted: By default, all rewards lower than the current reward level can be upgraded.


3) Click “-” to move the reward that is NOT allowed to be upgraded(Upgradeable) to the left column(Candidate).



4) Scroll to the top of the page and click the Save button.
