Automatically Send a Welcome Email
Use Email Marketing to automatically send a welcome email when a contact is added to an audience.
Step 1: Create a Welcome email template
Go to Email Marketing → Templates.
Click Create Template.
Design your welcome email and save.
Step 2: Create an automation
Go to Email Marketing → Automations.
Click Create Automation.
Step 3: Set the trigger
In Trigger Configuration, select the trigger that matches how contacts are added:
Choose the Audience (or integration source) that should trigger the welcome email.
Step 4: Add the “Send Email” action
Drag Send Email onto the canvas.
Connect it to the trigger.
Click the Send Email step.
Select your Email Template.
Set Subject, From Name, and From Email.
Click Save & Activate.
Step 6: Monitor results
Open the automation to view Overview / Step Statistics (entered, completed, rate).
