Step 1: Log in to your IONOS account

1. Open a new browser tab, and then log in to your IONOS account.

2. Go to Menu > Domains & SSL.

3. Select the domain that you want to connect to PledgeBox.

4. Click Actions > DNS.

Step 2: Add the CNAME records

1. Click Add record, and then select CNAME from the list.

2. Enter the following CNAME record to your DNS settings:

Type: CNAME

Host name: www

Points to: survey.pledgebox.com

TTL: 5 min

3. Click Save.

Step 3: Connect your domain to PledgeBox

1. From your PledgeBox admin, go to Connect Domain.

2. Type the name of the domain that you want to connect, and then click Next.
