Download digital products - Backers FAQ

For backers who have finished the survey and purchased Digital Products, you will receive two emails when you complete the survey.

  1. Survey Confirmation
  2. Download the Digital Products.
    Please enter the verification code and unlock the download page.
    Click the download button and get your digital product.




FAQ:

      1. What should I do if I didn't receive the email or the verification code has expired？

      Please use your Kickstarter account email to register a PledgeBox account
      After login, you will be able to check the order details and get the download link/verification code email.



      2. Nothing happened after I downloaded my digital products?

      It is very likely that the downloaded file is too large and takes a certain amount of time to download.
      We recommend using a computer device and Chrome.

      3. Running out of download times?

      Please contact creator to reset the download times of your digital products.
