Email Marketing: A/B Testing

A/B Testing helps you compare two versions of an email to learn what performs better before you scale a campaign.

What you can test

  • Subject line

  • Template / content

Create an A/B test campaign

1. Go to Email Marketing → Campaigns and click Create Campaign.

2. In Campaign Details, toggle Enable A/B Testing.
  1. Choose a Test Type (Subject Line or Template / Content).
  1. Add your variants (e.g., Variant A and Variant B).
  1. For each variant, select a Template, set the Subject Line, and assign the Sample size.

3. Select your recipients in Select Recipients.

4. Review the email for each variant and choose when to send: Send now, or Schedule for later

View A/B test results

After the campaign is sent, open the campaign and go to Campaign Statistics.

In A/B Testing, you can compare each variant’s key metrics (e.g., sent, delivered, opens, clicks, open rate, click rate).
