AI Backer Helper - Build your support GPTs

PledgeBox launched a groundbreaking feature that empowers creators to take control of their backer support like never before - AI Backer Helper.  Now, with PledgeBox, Creator can train their very own backer service chatbot tailored to their needs.

1. Name Your AI Backer Helper



2. Knowledge Base
- PB FAQ, KS FAQ and Reward information will be automatically captured.
- Upload your training files in the form of text, PDF, or Word documents.



3. Contact Information
- Complete the contact information. In cases when the question surpasses the AI knowledge base, backers can utilize the provided contact to reach out to the Creator.
- Please note that email is mandatory, phone is optional.



4. Create
After successfully creating your AI helper, you will be automatically redirected to the Message page. Here, you can view the chat history between the backers and the AI Backer Helper.



5. Switch to the Knowledge Base to upload new files or delete previously uploaded training files.



6. Backers can initiate a conversation with the AI Backer Helper in the survey by clicking on the icon in the lower right corner. 
- Voice input is supported. 
- Creators can preview the training effect in “Preview Mode”


7. You can use AI Backer Helper to send up to 50 free messages. AI Backer Helper cannot answer do not count towards this limit.
If you need more messages, you can recharge your account with one of the following options:
- 100 messages: $9
- 500 messages: $45
- 1000 messages: $90



Tips:
- Please do not upload handwritten or scanned files, and avoid using password protection.
- It is recommended to use txt or word files for training purposes.
- Uploading files with conflicting content should be avoided, as the AI may not provide the desired response under such circumstances.
