If you can open the survey, look for the creator’s Contact address near the bottom of the page. If you cannot find the invitation or access the survey, contact the creator through the original Kickstarter or Indiegogo campaign.

For a PledgeBox technical problem

Email support@pledgebox.com for login errors, broken survey pages or problems using PledgeBox. Include the project name, your PledgeBox ID if available, and the exact error message.

PledgeBox provides the survey software. The creator manages the reward and fulfillment. Do not send passwords, verification codes or full card details.
