How to export survey results?

Use Download Center to export survey records. Check the current filters and matching record count before confirming.

Export survey records

  1. Open Dashboard → Download Center.
  2. Select Survey Record Export.
  3. Review the existing filters. The page may already limit Source, Survey Status or Dispute status.
  4. Use Add Another Filter to narrow the group.
  5. Review Search Result and the matching record count.
  6. Check whether US states should use abbreviations.
  7. Click Download.
  8. Review any Bundle/Gift merge question.
  9. Check the number of records in Download Setting, then confirm only when it matches your intended scope.

Bundle and gift components

When prompted, Yes merges bundle products into reward products or add-ons in the export. No leaves manual merging to you.

Choose the structure your fulfillment workflow expects. Check component quantities so that bundle contents are not omitted or counted twice.

Segments are optional

Use Save as Segment to reuse a filtered group. You do not need to save a segment merely to download the current results. Recheck filters when using an existing segment.

Other exports and history

The current tabs also include Transactions Export, Attachment Export and Export History. Choose the tab that matches the data you need.

After export, check the file’s order count, PledgeBox IDs, product quantities and address fields before handing it to fulfillment. Exported files can contain backer contact and shipping details. Share them only with the people who need them.
