How to Filter Orders by SKU?

Use the SKU(s) filter to find orders that contain a product or variant SKU.

Filter the order list

  1. Open Kickstarter Imports or Indiegogo Imports → Backer List - Orders.
  2. Click Add Another Filter.
  3. Select SKU(s).
  4. Open All SKUs and select the required SKU or SKUs.
  5. Check Include or Exclude, where available.
  6. Review the matching orders and total count.

Select SKU(s), outlined in red, then choose the required SKU values in the added filter.

Check the exact SKU, including variant suffixes. A product with several variants can have a different SKU for each variant.

Before export or fulfillment

SKU filters are also available in the Download Center and Push to Fulfillment workflow. Check the filters in the destination screen before creating an export or pushing orders. Do not assume that an order-list filter automatically limits every later operation.
