How to lock/unlock orders?
Backers can change their information in their surveys unless creators lock the orders.
Before you start the shipping, it is recommended to lock the order to prevent backers changing addresses after you send it out.
For single order
1）Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports' / 'Indiegogo Imports’ > ‘Backer list - Orders’
2）Click on the order you want to lock/unlock ( The creator cannot unlock shipped orders, but the creator can contact us to unlock shipped orders. )
3）Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner) to select status
For a batch of orders
1）Go to ‘Kickstarter Imports' / 'Indiegogo Imports’ > ‘Backer list - Orders’
2）Click ‘Actions’(upper right corner) to select status
