Lock orders before you hand addresses and order details to fulfillment. This helps prevent backer changes after your shipping team starts work.

Lock or unlock one order

1. Open Kickstarter Imports or Indiegogo Imports → Backer List - Orders.
2. Find the backer and open the order.
3. Check the current Order Status and shipping progress.
4. Open Actions.
5. Select Lock or Unlock, if available.
6. Read the confirmation and confirm only when the change is intended.
7. Check the updated Order Status.

Partial locking

The menu also offers Partial Lock. This is a separate status from Locked. Review the order and the controls still available to the backer before using it for a fulfillment workflow. Read the order-status definitions.

Change a group of orders

1. Set filters in Backer List - Orders.
2. Check the matching orders and total count.
3. Open Batch Actions.
4. Select Lock, Partial Lock or Unlock.
5. Check the affected-order scope before confirming.

Do not unlock shipped orders without coordinating with fulfillment. If Unlock is unavailable for a shipped order, contact PledgeBox support. Changing the PledgeBox order does not automatically correct an address already sent to a warehouse or carrier.
