Managing Late Pledges in PledgeBox can streamline your workflow and ensure you stay on top of your orders. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you navigate the process effectively:
1. Enabling Late Pledge on KickstarterWhen you enable the Late Pledge feature on Kickstarter, PledgeBox will automatically refresh and import these orders into the backend daily until the Late Pledge period ends.
2. Displaying Late Pledge Rewards
Rewards set for Late Pledge will have corresponding tags displayed in PledgeBox, making them easy to identify.
3. Viewing Late Pledge Orders
To view Late Pledge orders, go to Filter > Late Pledge. When you click on the order details, you will see the Late Pledge label in the Source section.
4. Setting Different Prices for Late Pledge Rewards
After enabling the Late Pledge feature, you can set two different prices for rewards: Pledge amount and Late Pledge amount. Therefore, Late Pledge orders may reflect the following:
— The order price is calculated and displayed as the Late Pledge amount.— If you need to change the reward, the price will be shown and calculated as the Late Pledge amount only if the order is a Late Pledge and the new reward is set for Late Pledge. Otherwise, it will use the Pledge amount.
5. Sending Surveys for Late Pledge Orders
By default, PledgeBox will automatically send surveys to Late Pledge orders. However, you can click the button to disable survey sending temporarily.
6. Managing New Late Pledge Orders Post-SurveyIf new Late Pledge orders are generated after sending the survey, Pledgebox can send surveys to backers once orders are imported by the following settings:
Otherwise, pledgeBox will automatically send surveys to these orders on Monday.
Note: When you are ready to send surveys, if Late Pledge orders have already been generated, clicking send survey will send surveys to all orders. However, if Late Pledge orders are generated after you have sent surveys, PledgeBox will automatically send surveys to these new orders on Monday.
