Use Batch Actions to apply an operation to a filtered group of orders. Check the group before confirming. A filter can match orders on more than one page.

Choose the orders

1. Open Kickstarter Imports or Indiegogo Imports → Backer List - Orders.
2. Use Backer Info, Survey Status, Order Status or Add Another Filter.
3. Review the matching orders and total count.
4. Open Batch Actions.
5. Choose the required operation.
6. Read the dialog and check its affected-order scope before confirming.
7. Review the result and check affected orders.

Available operations

The current menu includes:

• Send Shipping Info, Partially Shipped and Shipped.
• Add Add-ons, Add Notes, Change Reward and Add Credits.
• Lock, Partial Lock and Unlock.
• Cancel and Undo Cancellation.
• Save as Segment and AppleID Email Update.

Availability can depend on order status and permissions. Do not use Cancel as a refund. Do not change shipping or lock status without checking fulfillment progress.

Before a shipping upload, check its email-notification setting. Before adding credit, confirm that the original platform pledge has not been counted twice.
