How to preview your survey and invitation email

Use Preview as Backer to review a reward's survey and its invitation email before sending surveys.

First, open your project in Pledge Manager.

Preview the survey

  1. In the left menu, expand Review & Send and select Preview as Backer.

  1. Under Preview Survey (Test Mode), choose a reward from Reward Levels.
  2. Click Survey Preview.

The survey opens in a new tab marked TEST MODE. Review the reward and product choices. To preview another reward, return to this page and choose a different reward level.

Preview the invitation email

  1. Return to Preview as Backer.
  2. In Preview Email: Survey invitation, click Email Preview.

The preview shows the email subject and content. Check the project image, custom message, and response button.

If the survey preview does not open

Choose a reward first. If a new tab does not appear, check whether your browser blocked it, then try again.
