Connect Shopify as a fulfillment destination, map products and push a checked group of orders. This connection is separate from Email Marketing’s Shopify contact integration.

1. Prepare the Shopify app

Use the Shopify Dev Dashboard to create and manage the app. Follow Shopify’s current app-creation guide.

The integration’s documented scopes are read_customers, write_customers, write_draft_orders, read_draft_orders, read_orders, write_orders, read_products, write_products. These include write permissions. Have the store administrator review the access for this order-transfer workflow.

Configure this exact redirect URI for the fulfillment connection:

https://api.pledgebox.com/api/manage/shipapi/shopify_callback

Retrieve the app’s Client ID and Client Secret from its settings. Do not replace these fields with a legacy Admin API access token.

2. Connect PledgeBox

1. Open Dashboard → Push to Fulfillment.
2. Click Add a New Fulfillment.
3. Select Shopify.
4. Enter the Store Domain ending in .myshopify.com.
5. Enter Client ID and Client Secret.
6. Enter the required Tag.
7. Check the store and callback address, then click Save & Next.
8. Complete the displayed authorization steps and check the store and requested permissions before approving them.

Keep credentials in their designated fields. Do not include secrets in screenshots or support messages.

3. Map products and push orders

1. Associate PledgeBox product SKUs with the correct Shopify products or variants.
2. Filter the orders you intend to send.
3. Check completion, balance, address, quantities and mappings.
4. Check whether the orders have already been pushed.
5. Review the affected-order count before confirming.
6. Check the PledgeBox result and verify the created orders in Shopify.

For a later batch, use the connection’s new-push workflow where available. Recheck the filters and earlier results before repeating a push.
