How to push order to BigCommerce - BigCommerce Integration

At PledgeBox we support creators to integrate the orders on PledgeBox to BigCommerce.

This Blog will give you a step-by-step guide.
1. To start with, please go to Dashboard -> Push to Fulfillment





2. Go to BigCommerce and locate the Store Hash parameter from the website link that needs to be entered in PledgeBox.

For example, the URL is https://store-dsmfaixmge.mybigcommerce.com/manage/dashboard

In the given example URL, the Store Hash is "dsmfaixmge".



3. Click on “Settings”


4. Scroll down to the bottom and click on "Store-level API accounts."


5. Create an API account



6. Name the API account.



Set the order permission to "Modify" and the product permission to "Read-only", then save.



7. After saving, you can obtain the Access Token, which needs to be entered in PledgeBox.



8. After entering the Store Hash and Access Token, proceed to associate PledgeBox SKUs with BigCommerce products one by one.



9. After that, filter the orders that need to be pushed to BigCommerce and then process them with the push



Support filtering conditions as shown in below



10. If you have already completed a push and need to push new orders to Shopify, simply click "New Push" to return to the order filtering page.
