Review imported shipping charges before setting the final reward shipping fee. Enter the intended final fee, rather than adding the original fee again.
Configure a reward
- Open Kickstarter Imports → Reward Setting, or the corresponding Indiegogo perk settings.
- Open the reward you want to configure.
- Find Reward Shipping Fees.
- Choose Yes, ship to certain countries or No Shipping Fee.
- Choose Based on Reward Level or Based on Reward Weight.
- Use Add Countries/Regions or edit an existing zone.
- Compare Original Shipping Fee with Final Shipping Fee.
- Save using the controls shown and preview a representative order.
The current page explains that imported Kickstarter shipping appears as Original Shipping Fee. The final fee is the intended total reward shipping charge. Review the survey’s calculated balance before release.
Check destination coverage
The reward page states that the reward is available only for countries with configured shipping fees when shipping is required.
Everywhere Else covers countries outside the explicit zones. Review it when you intend to ship only to selected destinations.
Order-level shipping
For shipping calculated from total order amount or package weight, open Survey Setting → Shipping Setting (survey orders only). These project-level rules can affect reward and add-on shipping together.
Check product weights and units before using weight bands. Review the final open-ended band and test representative destinations, quantities and boundary values.
Review order-level scope
- Open Survey Setting → Shipping Setting (survey orders only).
- Enable the order-level calculation and choose Based on Total Amount or Based on Package Weight.
- For a shipping zone, click Configure under Rewards & Add-ons.
- Review the Add-on(s) and Reward(s) tabs. Check only the items that should use this rule.
- Confirm the selection, then review destination bands and click Save Shipping Setting.
- Preview representative orders and check the resulting shipping fee and balance.
The current screen disables Maximal Shipping Fee while order-level shipping calculation is enabled. Review the calculation method before changing either setting.
