How to Split Orders and Push to ShipStation for Fulfillment

Use Split Order when products in one PledgeBox order must be prepared as separate packages in ShipStation.

Configure the connection

  1. Open Dashboard → Push to Fulfillment.
  2. Add or edit the intended Shipstation connection.
  3. Enter the API Key and API Secret requested by the current form.
  4. Select the Shipstation Store.
  5. Enable Split Order.
  6. Check the destination and click Save & Next.

Use credentials that match this connector’s fields. Keep them out of screenshots and support messages.

Define packages

In the package configuration, select the products that belong in each package. Use Create another package where shown for another group. Follow the package limit displayed in the current workflow.

Check that every intended item is assigned once, with the correct quantity. Review bundle components and variants so they are not omitted or duplicated.

Push and verify

  1. Filter the intended orders.
  2. Check payment balance, address, products and package assignments.
  3. Check previous push results before sending the same orders again.
  4. Review the affected-order count before confirming.
  5. Verify the resulting orders and package contents in ShipStation.

Splitting packages is separate from marking an order shipped. Add tracking and review order status when the actual shipments are ready.
