Use Test Mode to review the backer survey before sending it. You can preview a reward and view test orders separately from your regular orders.

View test orders

1. Open your project in Pledge Manager.
2. Expand Kickstarter Imports.
3. Select Backer List - Orders.

4. Turn on Test Mode above the order list.

The project header shows a red Test Mode label. The list now shows test orders. Turn the switch off to return to your regular orders.

Open a backer survey preview

1. Expand Review & Send and select Preview as Backer.
2. Under Preview Survey (Test Mode), choose a reward from Reward Levels.
3. Click Survey Preview.

The survey opens in a new tab marked TEST MODE. Confirm this label before testing.

What to check

• The products and options included in each reward.
• Available reward upgrades and add-ons.
• The shipping destination fields and shipping charges.
• The prices and totals shown during the survey.

After saving changes in a test survey, return to Backer List - Orders with Test Mode enabled to review the test order.
