Kickstarter Pledge Over Time Orders in PledgeBox

This article explains where Kickstarter Pledge Over Time orders appear in PledgeBox and how to identify their payment status.

Dashboard: Pledge Over Time summary

Go to Dashboard to view the Pledge Over Time card, which shows:

  • Orders (count)

  • Paid Amount

  • Due Amount


Backer List: filter Pledge Over Time orders

Go to Kickstarter Imports → Backer List - Orders, then add a filter:

  • Pledge Over Time



Order Details: check payment status

Open an order to see its current status in Source:

  • Pledge Over Time - Payment complete (fully paid)

  • Pledge Over Time - Payment pending (installments still due)

  • Pledge Over Time, Dropped (payment failed / dropped)




Survey Settings: don’t send surveys to Pledge Over Time backers

If you want to temporarily stop sending surveys to Pledge Over Time orders:

  1. Go to Survey Setting.

  2. Turn on Do not send survey to Pledge Over Time backers.

  3. Click Save Survey Setting.
