Kickstarter Pledge Over Time Orders in PledgeBox
This article explains where Kickstarter Pledge Over Time orders appear in PledgeBox and how to identify their payment status.
Dashboard: Pledge Over Time summary
Go to Dashboard to view the Pledge Over Time card, which shows:
Orders (count)
Paid Amount
Due Amount
Backer List: filter Pledge Over Time orders
Go to Kickstarter Imports → Backer List - Orders, then add a filter:
Pledge Over Time
Order Details: check payment status
Open an order to see its current status in Source:
Pledge Over Time - Payment complete (fully paid)
Pledge Over Time - Payment pending (installments still due)
Pledge Over Time, Dropped (payment failed / dropped)
Survey Settings: don’t send surveys to Pledge Over Time backers
If you want to temporarily stop sending surveys to Pledge Over Time orders:
Go to Survey Setting.
Turn on Do not send survey to Pledge Over Time backers.
Click Save Survey Setting.
