You can change an address only while the order allows address edits. The available controls depend on the order status set by the creator.

Update an editable address

1. Open your survey invitation or sign in to your PledgeBox Backer account with the email associated with the pledge.
2. Find the project and open the order or survey.
3. Open the shipping address step and update your details.
4. Review shipping charges, tax and any balance change.
5. Save the address and finish the confirmation steps shown on the page.

Changing the destination country can change shipping charges. Check the saved address and final order summary before leaving.

If the address cannot be edited

A partially locked order permits address and payment updates while product choices remain locked. A fully locked or shipped order may prevent address changes.

If the address controls are unavailable, contact the creator through the survey’s Contact address or invitation email. If the parcel has already shipped, ask the creator about available delivery options before changing any other information.
