What is Add-ons? What is the difference with Kickstarter/Indiegogo Add-ons?
Creators can sell add-ons via PledgeBox surveys and boost more upsell.
- The definition of Add-on in PledgeBox is the products that you allow backers to buy extra. Kickstarter/Indiegogo add-ons are items (you define) backers can buy with their rewards. When importing rewards & backer orders from Kickstarter/Indiegogo, the Kickstarter/Indiegogo Add-on will be set as a special Product in PledgeBox. When backers fulfill the survey they will be able to confirm the reward and Kickstarter/Indiegogo Add-ons at the same steps.
- PledgeBox Add-on is a product you define to allow backers to buy extras. You can use Kickstarter/Indiegogo reward items (also imported automatically) or create a new product for it.
