LaunchPad helps creators contact backers from their previous campaigns about another campaign. It provides a backer audience, sender settings, email campaigns and reports.

Open LaunchPad

Open your project and select Boost Campaign → LaunchPad.

The current tabs are Home, Campaign, Audience, Report and Setting.

How it works

1. Use Import your backers to review eligible previous campaigns and import the intended audience.
2. Review the resulting list under Audience.
3. Configure the sender under Setting → Senders.
4. Create an email campaign, choose its audience and design the message.
5. Review the schedule and preview before sending.
6. Check the result under Report.

Connecting an account does not prove that every past campaign or backer has been imported. Check the available campaigns, imported audience and subscriber counts. Respect unsubscribed contacts.

LaunchPad promotional emails and Pledge Manager survey invitations serve different purposes. Email Marketing also has a separate campaign workflow.
