Your original Kickstarter or Indiegogo payment and a payment requested in a PledgeBox survey are separate transactions.

A survey may have an amount due for extra add-ons, a reward upgrade, shipping, tax or another adjustment shown in the order summary.

Before paying

1. Review the reward, add-ons, shipping and tax in the summary.
2. Check the credit for your original pledge and any payments already made through PledgeBox.
3. Check the remaining amount due.
4. If you do not understand a charge, contact the creator before submitting payment.

Complete a payment only when the survey shows an amount due. If no additional payment is required, review your details and complete the survey using the controls shown.

Entering payment information is not a request to pay the original pledge again. Use the order summary and payment confirmation to check what you are paying.
