Kickstarter backers can pledge more than the reward and selected add-ons require. That extra amount can appear as positive credit in the imported PledgeBox order.

Before you send surveys, decide whether backers may use that credit toward shipping, add-ons or a reward upgrade.

Hide positive credit

1. Open your project.
2. Open Survey Setting from the sidebar.
3. Find Hide Positive Credit.
4. Review the impact before turning it on. The current page states that this option affects all orders.
5. Apply the setting using any confirmation or save control shown.
6. Reopen the setting and preview a representative order to check the result.

This setting changes the treatment of positive credit in the survey. It does not refund the original Kickstarter payment. Do not add the original pledge again through Add Credit.

Check the order’s reward, original pledge, creator-added credit and balance when a backer reports an unexpected total. Compare campaign and PledgeBox amounts.
