How to connect my Kickstarter campaign to PledgeBox?

Connect the correct campaign to your Creator account before configuring surveys. You need the campaign URL and permission to manage that campaign.

Start the connection

  1. Sign in to your PledgeBox Creator account.
  2. Open Pledge Manager.
  3. Check whether the project is already listed.
  4. If it is new, click Add New Project.
  5. Select KICKSTARTER or INDIEGOGO.
  6. Enter the correct campaign URL.
  7. Click Get Started.

Complete connection and import

The current wizard has three stages: Add a New Project, Connect with Kickstarter/Indiegogo and Import Data.

Follow the connection method shown for your platform. Check the account, campaign and requested access before completing an authorization or collaborator step. Do not share your platform password with another person.

After import, review the campaign name, status, currency, rewards, products and backer orders. An added project card alone does not prove that the import is complete.

Draft and missing projects

For an unlaunched campaign, use the supported shareable draft or preview link rather than an editor-only URL. Get a shareable Kickstarter draft link.

If an existing project is missing or an import fails, check that you used the correct Creator account and campaign URL. Contact support@pledgebox.com with the campaign and exact error before creating a duplicate.
