How to create a creator account?

Create a Creator account to manage your campaign. Backers should use the separate Backer login.

Create your account

  1. Open PledgeBox and click Get started free. You can also open the Creator sign-up page directly.
  2. Check that the page says I’m a Creator and Sign up.
  3. Enter First Name, Last Name, Email and Campaign Link.
  4. Enter a password and repeat it in Re-enter Password.
  5. Read the linked Terms of Service.
  6. Click Sign up if you agree to the terms.
  7. Follow any confirmation or verification instructions shown.

Complete the Creator form and read the Terms of Service before selecting the outlined SIGN UP button. Existing users can select Log in.

Use an email address you can access. If you already have an account, select Log in instead of creating a duplicate.

After registration

Sign in to the Creator dashboard and connect the intended campaign. Creating an account does not by itself confirm that a campaign has been connected or that surveys have been sent.

For a backer looking for a survey, use the Backer login.
