Set add-on shipping in the product’s add-on settings. Use project-level shipping only when you intend to calculate shipping across the whole order.
Set shipping for an add-on
- Go to Set Up Products → Products.
- Open the product.
- Select 3 PledgeBox Add-on Setting.
- Find Add-on Shipping Fees.
- Select Yes, ship to certain countries or No Shipping Fee.
- For paid shipping, choose Based on Item or Based on SKU Weight.
- Use Add Countries/Regions or edit an existing zone.
- Check the rates, save using the controls shown and preview a representative order.
Check zones and weight bands
The current screen states that add-ons are available only for countries with configured shipping fees when shipping is required.
Everywhere Else is the default rate for countries not explicitly covered by other zones. Review whether you intend to sell to those destinations.
For Based on SKU Weight, check each product’s package weight and the displayed weight unit. Review every band, including the final open-ended band. A zero rate in that band can make some orders ship for free.
Use Copy Shipping Fee only after checking the source configuration. Recheck country coverage and units after copying.

Order-level shipping
Open Survey Setting → Shipping Setting (survey orders only) for shipping based on the total order weight or amount. These settings can affect reward and add-on shipping together. Review the scope before enabling them.
Reward-level shipping is configured separately on the reward editing page when order-level calculation is not in use.
Review order-level scope
- Open Survey Setting → Shipping Setting (survey orders only).
- Enable the order-level calculation and choose Based on Total Amount or Based on Package Weight.
- For a shipping zone, click Configure under Rewards & Add-ons.
- Review the Add-on(s) and Reward(s) tabs. Check only the items that should use this rule.
- Confirm the selection, then review destination bands and click Save Shipping Setting.
- Preview representative orders and check the resulting shipping fee and balance.
The current screen disables Maximal Shipping Fee while order-level shipping calculation is enabled. Review the calculation method before changing either setting.
