Editing depends on the order status set by the project creator.

• Unlocked: You can edit the survey fields that are available.
• Partially Locked: Product choices are locked. Address and payment updates remain available.
• Locked: You can review the survey, but cannot update it.
• Shipped: The creator has recorded shipping information. Contact the creator if a correction is needed.

Use the creator’s Contact address in the survey or the support email in your invitation. Explain which field you need to change. The creator must confirm whether a change is still possible.
