I can't edit my survey. - PledgeBox

Why Can't I Edit My Survey?

There are two possibilities that cause this issue:
  1. The order has been locked by the creator.
  2. Your order has been shipped.

You can contact the creator support email listed in the survey invitation email when you are not able to edit your survey.
