Send Email Notifications with PledgeBox Inbox

Use PledgeBox Inbox to send email notifications (e.g., welcome emails) from your workspace.

Step 1 - Connect your Inbox

Select the Audience list to import Leads and Pre-Launch Backers


Step 2 — Set up Inbox for sending

1）Verify your sending domain


Idea

2) Create a Welcome email template

  1. Go to Email Marketing → Templates.

  2. Click Create Template.

  3. Design your welcome email and save.


3) Create an automation

  1. Go to Email Marketing → Automations.

  2. Click Create Automation.


4) Set the trigger

  1. In Trigger Configuration, select the trigger - Integration Sync

  2. Choose the Audience (or integration source) that should trigger the welcome email.


5) Add the “Send Email” action

  1. Drag Send Email onto the canvas.

  2. Connect it to the trigger.


6) Configure and activate

  1. Click the Send Email step.

  2. Select your Email Template.

  3. Set Subject, From Name, and From Email.

  4. Click Save & Activate.
