Order Status - PledgeBox

Order Status

There are 5 order statuses on the PledgeBox system. Upgraded, Refunded, Unlocked, Locked, and Shipped.
  1. Upgraded - Backer has upgraded to the current reward from a reward with lower price.
  2. Refunded - Creator refunded the order.
  3. Unlocked - backers can edit the survey.
  4. Locked - backers can review the survey, but cannot update it.
  5. Partially Locked - Backers can only update their address and payment, but cannot make changes to the products.
  6. Shipped - Creator has uploaded shipping info of the order.
