1. Solution for Error Message "This email address does not exist"

If you receive the error message "This email address does not exist" while using the PledgeBox platform, it means you haven't registered an account with PledgeBox yet. To log in and access our services, you'll need to create an account first.



Resolving this issue is simple. Follow these steps:

Click on the "New to PledgeBox? Sign up" link on the page. This will take you to the registration page. Complete the registration process by providing your email address and other necessary information. Once you've registered, you can log in to the PledgeBox platform using your registered email address and password, and enjoy our range of services.

2. Solution for Unable to View Project Information After Registering

If you're unable to see project information after registering, it's important to ensure that you're using the same email address associated with your Kickstarter account for registration and login.

If you've already registered with the same email address but still can't see project details, it's possible that you logged in using your Apple ID. Pls refer to the article titled "Pledged with Apple ID and having trouble accessing the survey" for specific instructions on resolving the issue.

3. Solution for Digital Product Download Expiration

If you have not received the verification code for downloading your digital product, please follow these instructions:
