Use filters to find a group of orders before reviewing, exporting or applying a batch action.
Apply filters
- Open Kickstarter Imports or Indiegogo Imports → Backer List - Orders.
- Use Backer Info, Tracking Code, Survey Status or Order Status.
- Click Add Another Filter for another condition.
- Choose the values and Include or Exclude where available.
- Review the matching orders and total count.
- Use Reset Filter to start again.
Available conditions
The current menu includes Segment(s), Reward(s), Pledged Time, Completed Time, Payment Amount, Balance, Add-on(s), SKU(s), Reward Upgraded, Tax, Dispute, Country/Region, Source, AppleID, Fulfillment, Late Pledge, Pledge Over Time, Local Pickup and Note.
Use the correct status
Survey Status describes survey progress. Order Status describes whether an order is unlocked, locked, partly locked, shipped, partly shipped, delivered, refunded or upgraded. Use the matching field for your task.

Check amounts carefully
- Payment Amount: payments recorded on PledgeBox.
- Balance greater than zero: available surplus against the current order.
- Balance less than zero: an amount remains to be paid.
- Balance equal to zero: no remaining balance.
- With Credit / With No Credit: whether creator-added credit is present.
Do not treat the payment filter as the original Kickstarter or Indiegogo pledge total. Review the source pledge and Transactions when reconciling an order.
Combine and reuse filters
Different filter conditions combine with AND. Multiple included values within one condition combine with OR. For example, Survey Status Pending plus Order Status Unlocked finds orders meeting both conditions.
To reuse a group, check the results and use Batch Actions → Save as Segment. Recheck the group before a later batch operation.
AppleID and fulfillment
The AppleID condition identifies orders associated with Apple relay email. It does not prove that the backer has an Apple Pay problem. Check email delivery and forwarding separately. Read the Apple relay-email guide.
Fulfillment, Pledge Over Time and Local Pickup describe different order characteristics. Review the relevant details before sending surveys or handing orders to a fulfillment provider.
